Subdivision Development Project.

AMC provided full engineering and design services in subdividing a 15 acre tract of land into 21 residential lots. Services Provided: Initial consultation on land use planning, site master planning,  grading and drainage design, stormwater detention ponds, underground utilities, road design of approximetly 1600 feet. Project management of all phases.

North Houston-Tricky Rd.

AMC designed and managed the construction of a bridge that spans 50 feet over an inlet of a section to greens bayou. Design was also provided for the guard rails and a 100 foot segment of roadway over the bridge. 

North Houston-Greenspoint

AMC planned and designed the complete onsite septic system for 24 office buildings. 

Northwest Houston-Cutten Rd.

AMC provided the new floor plans for the restaurant buildout, as well as mechanical/HVAC, electrical, and plumbing design.
